Identity Woman in Business Joins as Co-Contributor of Web of Trust Map

Key State Capital (KSC) is pleased to announce that Identity Woman in Business has joined the Web of Trust Map as a co-contributor. This collaboration marks a significant addition to the Web of Trust Map initiative, as Kaliya Young and Lucy Yang bring extensive expertise in decentralized identity and the self-sovereign identity (SSI) ecosystem.

The Web of Trust Map, a research initiative by Key State Capital, offers a complete picture of the expanding decentralized identity landscape. This central information hub features extensive data on over 270 decentralized identity projects, 170 blockchains, and thousands of people and entities. The open-source dataset maps industry connections, technology stacks, and the protocols used by these projects.

Two pioneers of the Self Sovereign Identity Space

Her involvement enhances the Web of Trust Map’s value as a key resource for policymakers, researchers, and innovators in decentralized identity.

Nicholas Racz, senior partner at Key State Capital gladly shared that “Kaliya and Lucy have been beacons for the SSI community from the beginning and are trailblazers in their own right - promoting the interests of women in tech worldwide. Their expertise in the space and her insights into data visualization will work wonders for us in terms of ensuring the best possible representation of the stories we can tell through the Web of Trust Map. We greatly appreciate Kaliya and Lucy’s support and vision as we chart the course of Decentralized Identity's future in the Web of Trust Map.”

Their role involved leaning on their expertise and deep knowledge of the decentralized ecosystem to provide early-stage feedback and verify the accuracy of the Web of Trust Map data.
